New Peter Lynn Stuff

Finally,

All the NEW 2013 Hornets, Impulses, Twisters, and Vibes came in.
Vibes added a Trainer version with a bar
Bags are completely different than previous. Roomier for Vibes, less roomy for the Hornets/Twisters.

I will be doing some video reviews in the next couple weeks.

I dont expect much change except with the twisters. The sizes on the twisters changed so something had to go on with this kite other than color changes. More changes could have happened to the other kites as well but i won't know until test flying.

Voltages still a few weeks away.

Do you think the new twister is a good kite for a first time landboardor?

I thought the same about the twisters, but upon close review they are not much different. I took at twister II R 4.1 and laid a new 4m on top of it. They were the same cut. There were small bridle tweaks. Took a bridle location that had 3 points of connection and reduced it to 2. But then closer to the tip the RII had 2 connection points where the new 2013 has 3. This would lead me to believe the new 2013 will be a bit more stable because of this but until I get one in the air I wont know for sure. When you have a great flying kite already it must be hard to try and find any improvements :)
I should have the new voltage before 4th of july and I am headed to the beach for a few days next week. I am looking forward to giving these a go. We have been waiting for these for about a year now.

Already have a video out there.http://youtu.be/4YIZ5XL9cao

I just got voltages in today. I will be doing a comparison of the two as well.

The new Twister flies better than the old. Flown them back to back and there is a difference.

You should make a trip up to the OKC area and fly with us.

Mike, that looks impressive! But I think I like the graphics from last year better.

I know twister isn't intended for buggy use, but do you think the higher AR has possibly improved its upwind capability? Just curious.
