Scrub is a manufacturer and makes boards for kids to pro's . They are a good enough brand. Not as popular here as overseas. It depends on what model
you have found how good it is.
Your Rush is tuned to be more of a trainer kite. It will work as an engine but that is not it's designed purpose. It will take a lot of wind and make
learning more difficult than with a larger kite designed to pull you.
You want to buy the kite in a size that works for your average winds. Depower kites are the more common choice with ATB riders but you can use fixed
bridle kites as well. It becomes a bit of a personal / economic choice. Expect to need 3 kites for low , average and high winds. NO single kite does
it all.
Good news is the kite you have will work for high winds ( although you may want a different one down the road ) . Get the one sized best for your
average winds and save for a low wind kite. Fixed bridle tends to be a bit cheaper and you don't absolutely have to have a harness . Although I
recommend one.
