Small airfield permission
It's small sport airfield in the area with big maintained pastures around the strip. Not a lot of air traffic going on, weekends only. The strip is
located in a valley and at the moment I don't know ecately what's going on in windy conditions.
It's hard to find such fields because our farmers don't care anymore...
I emailed them a request anyway. It can't hurt.
The response was there's 3 miles no flying zone and it will be discussed on club meeting already in July. :bisou:
Is landkiting also excluded from this zone??
I am thinking it would be a good idea to gather few landkiters and to arrange a meeting on the airfield. We could show them what's all about, how
quickly can we "abort the mission" etc.
The trick is i am alone with trainer kite only.

Welcome .
We have formed a club to help gaining locations. It offers " event insurance " to protect the land owner.
Check out http://www.napka.org/.
Once you are a member you can apply for permits . It's not a perfect system but a big step in showing that we are safe, organized and insured.
NOTE : this is not personal kiting insurance .
I am not certain about the rules since we stay under 100ft high with our lines? I know they allow a certain amount of infringement at Skaha lake
around here .
Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Thanks
Let's hope for the best. I own just a trainer kite but granting permission for this field would be god damn jackpot.:D
I am from other side of the world my friend so no napAka.org here. NapAka translates into error in my language... that's somehow related with
insurance isn't it..

I did this at Flugplatz Franzfelde by Pasewalk, Germany. As long as no gliders were lauchning/launched, it was okay. One time they said, "make sure to
land your kite when you hear the Cessna coming in." I had a nice session there on Christmas Eve.
