HQ Crossfire II 5m RTF, $215 shipped ConUS (Sold)
HQ Crossfire II 10m RTF, $400 shipped ConUS (Available)

Both kites in good condition. 5m Crossfire has handles and lines that look brand new. Both include kite, lines, handles, kite killers and bag. Neither are getting the air time they deserve.

These are not good beginner kites, so please tell me you are not brand new to the sport before wanting to purchase either of these.

These kites were commonly referred to as "Crossfire II". HQ didn't name them as such but they are indeed the second generation of Crossfires.

Thanks for the clarification on that point. I thought they were 2nd generation. but since not entirely sure, I left that out of titles. I will update the descriptions. Appreciate your help.

Does the Crossfire fly like a Blade/Blurr? or more like difficult to manage fly to the edge and luff race kite? is it good for light wind (sub 7mph) landboarding? say max 15mph forward speed?

Please forgive this very late response. A new job has consumed most of my time between Thanksgiving and New Year's holidays, so I have spent a minimal amount of time looking at PKF. Amazing how much money I can save by not looking at this site.

From my experience, the big Crossfire is closer to the way a Blade flies than a "race kite". It is an incredibly powerful kite with all kinds of low end. I have flown it in less than 7mph winds, but have not boarded with it yet. I have read other people on this forum have liked using it in a buggy.

I happen to have another kite in this size range made of lighter fabric and it comes out during the low-wind days of summer. That's really the only reason I haven't flown this Crossfire more.
