Any MN or Iowa kiters?

Looking to get together with some MN or Iowa Kiters. I am still very new to the sport. I live in Southern MN and would love to get some tips and have some fun. Never had a chance to kite with anyone before. It has been a solo sport for me. Can't decide if I want to go land or water and would like to get with people to try both before investing tons of money.

Not now...but I came from Winona.

My brother lives there and he is always looking for wind warriors to play...
He has two windsurfers, a Hobie cat and several of the kites that I gave him.

He lives in Minnieska.

I get up there often and go on the Mississippi to fly and ride.

You somewhere near there?

I live in Albert Lea which is about 12 miles north of the Iowa border. Looks like I am a little less than 2 hours away from your brother.

Yup...I know Albert Lea

(stinky Spam!)

I lived in Rochester before moving to Colorado 6 yrs ago.

If you want me to connect you with my brother, you two might hit it off. He is 46 yrs old and has a cutie daughter (7yrs old).

That sounds gay..sorry...not a love connection. He is just a good guy.

Awkward! Hehe
