I use it on few items to test it

1. Gloves ..... color gray ..... after using this product color change a bit to more like blue .... so it may stain you kite
2. Paint brush ... planning to give it to one of my workers with painting task and recorded on video .... lol .... It works ... paint dose not stay on brush ..... but brush itself lost softness
3. Driveway .... draw a line to redirect water stream ..... it works well with small amount of water .... and also blue mark on black driveway as with gloves

Nice. I saw a video that it can be peeled off of a painted surface and gasoline went right through it. I have an old kite laying around so I might play around with it to see how the fabric likes the product. But time is usually not something I have leftover so it will likely be when I decide to do it to my 15m synergy trying it first on the old C kite.

I guess the other question would be if you get a tear in the kite how do you repair it. Tape will not stick but I was advised by neverwet that a solvent based glue would stick (Kitefix?).

Anyone know what solvents would not damage the kite?

I wonder how it would work on my kiteboard?? If it does not get wet, that means no friction when its in the water. That would increase the board speed??? hmmmm......
