Well the journey has begun! I am sitting at the airport, yes two hours early, awaiting to board my 730 am flight to Seattle airport. I must say that I am over excited at this point. I will check in again once I land in Seattle, approximately 1021 am West Coast time. Look out SOBB here I come.

Flight was great, now in the. If Kids truck heading for a little closer view of the city.

A quick trip around Seattle and off to see how the rich and famous live.
Dinner at Ivors and a night in Longbeach. Sunset Beach in the morning to start the fun.
Hope he doesnt snore, hahahaha of course Im talking about Levi.

Got to meet a lot of the guys today! Had some wind for a bit and did some riding. Dipped my toe in the Pacific, well actually walked in up to the knees with a couple of the guys. Had dinner at buggy camp, thanks Morrie and Kelci! Sat around and chatted for a bit! Time to hit the shower and rest up for another day on the beach. Really enjoying the trip! Keeping the fingers crossed for great winds the rest of the week.

Sorry we didn't have more wind for you.

Today did finally come around. Winds were pretty good from SW. Most everyone had some pretty decent runs. Wile the morning was not very favorable, sitting around and chatting and waiting for the wind paid off rather nicely. Can't wait till tomorrow!

glad to see the wind pick up so everyone could buggy today and most of all those flying the Phannys.
a few more days and Rich will be one of the boys.

Another great day on the beach. There are a lot of talented riders out here. The winds were from the SSW with a Few hours of more west than south which made for some great speed runs. A few of the guys made some pretty blistering runs up the beach, I got my highest speed runs so far today. I was not able to compete with most of the guys as the Phantoms just can't keep up with the FB kites. Either way the wind was good and the company was better.

Guess when the money starts flowing again I will start a new quiver of kites. ( no I'm not getting rid of the Phanny's)

Have to say thanks again to all those who made my trip out here possible, I hope that you guys are enjoying this as much as me.

So glad you made it Rich.....Can't wait to hear all about it at Wildwood, which I am so looking forward to myself....Don't worry about saving some $ for the FB's....I have a couple you can borrow and I'm sure others will too....especially knowing that we get to race your butt down the beach a bit....
However, if smiles and screaming count.....you can bet I'm going to win....haha....KEEP ENJOYING YOUR TIME THERE
