Nobody on the forum here is going to recommend a 5m kite as your introduction to this sport (we genuinely care about your safety), more something in
the 3-4m size. I'm not sure how paragliding experience translates to flying power kites, but my guess is that the skillset is different enough to
still recommend you still start with a 3-4m
quality kite (Ozone, HQ, Peter Lynn, Flexifoil, PKD) and fly the crap out of it
- including the ATB.
When you can fly it blindfolded, it will be time for you to step up to a larger kite grasshopper. :karate:
