Goooood Fall Winds arriving, Thanks Canada

The first big Canadian air mass is moving into the East Coast this Fri. and Sat 9/13-14. The wind will be from the NW 15-20 mph. This is almost 90 deg. offshore to the NJ beaches. Great for blokart sailors and kite buggies.
I know in Brigantine there are no lifeguards on Fri and there will only be a few Sat.
Low tide is around 8 AM on Fri., so I will be on the 37 th St. beach at 7 and ready to go. I will have some extra equipment with me if you want to try it.
If you bring me coffee I like it with milk only.

Get your equipment ready and have fun this weekend.

I too have noticed more northerly winds here. Good for my Buggy spot but bad for my static flying spot! Guess you can't have both!

Had a good taste of the winds yesterday, hoping for more wind today. Can't wait to get on the beach.

South East or North West is good for WW. You can ride sideways on the beach with a N or S wind. Winds from SE very smooth and predictable. Winds from the NW usually very strong and a little lumpy.

Either way it makes for good times on the beach we all love. Drooling now thinking about being on the hard pack sand!
