19km NE of Ballarat, Central Victoria, the small town of Dean played host to the Dean Kite Festival on Sunday 15th September. The weather really came
to the party with the ideal wind direction and some sunshine. Mick and myself took our buggies along to see how many small children we could scare.
(just kidding). I had my HQ Kapfoil up for the afternoon and took a few photos and some video from it - although the wind was pretty gusty and the
line of trees infront of the reserve didn't help! A really top afternoon out.
