Does your wife fly?

I'm both spoiled, and fortunate, that my wife flies............whether twin line stunt or foil, she like to get out and cut up the sky.

She also doesn't mind my occasional kiting spending habit$.

I am blessed.

This year Santa will show up with a 2-2.5 meter for her first quad line foil to learn her up on those wonderful things called brakes.

She isn't my wife , but she loves flying with me. She has gotten quite good at being able to static fly my 5m Tensor. She has yet to really give my 8m Toxic a go for more than 30 seconds though. I'm hoping to get her in the buggy soon as the fall season picks up.

I put her on the 3m twister in ~5mph wind. It's a tricky beast to fly in low wind, but she did pretty good after a while. I had to launch it because the wind at ground level was even less. The hand offs were a bit tricky! Not as easy as passing the bar.

She didn't succumb to the addiction like I did, but it always puts a smile on her face when she's out there...

My wife kites, but likes two liners better than power kites. I'm appreciative she likes to share the wind with me:thumbup:

Just getting the wife into it... she skis almost as well as me, so she needs to get into this kite thing!

Once she tried it out for real she was pretty impressed with the "engines" behind this sport. She thought it looked boring until she was trying not to crash the kite or plant her face... hahaha
