Well i have been talking about kiting (something i dont do very often ) with some of the dads on my sons soccer team- well yesterday at practice i put a kite in his hands; 10 minutes later he is asking where he could get one. Best part of it all his family owns a huge farm that has an open hay field that is relatively flat and is 300 acres:o. looks like i found a new spot to fly/buggy and its only an hour away. oh yeah!

That's funny because I just hooked one today too. I have a fitness instructor friend who has gotten real curious about power kiting so I talked to him about it and linked him to PKF and recommended he call Angus and order a Buster Soulfly 3.3M earlier today. He drops me an email this afternoon and says he talked to Angus and already has the kite on order. What a great sport we have, I love introducing people to it whenever I can.

I would love to get someone around here hooked. Most of my friends and coworkers think it sounds interesting but not enough to come try it. I will keep at it. Someone is bound to fall victim to the addiction sooner or later.

where do you fly in Indy ssayre?

I'm in Greenwood on the south side. Right now I mainly fly at a fairly new park that is surrounded by corn fields. I also just got permission to use a private grass field in Greenwood but I haven't tried it out yet. Also, I make sales calls around the city at various locations and have flown in different spots around the city when I have time to kill. If your up this way let me know. Where do you fly?
