I am pretty sure this is just a modified Fabio and not a production model .
I would have preferred to see a stock Fabio put up against it. Or a Peak.
I see the tip flap that the Peak also looks to have. I have been thinking that the same stiffening rods that work on the leading edge might be able to be re-worked to help the tips ?

Yeah, the Fabio was just another Depower Foil, from 2007. I have no idea why he cut his bottom skin off, but it sure does look cool.

Hell, maybe I should do that to my ranger12, especially since the patch on the bottom half is failing! LOL
