Whats kiteable at the Tugg?

The season is apon us and the question of where can we kite on Tugg hill is again being thrown around. Is there anyone here in the know or that can find out? I know theres a few spots that have been kited every year but others seem to change. I know theres the map on tugghlkiteboarding but whats off limits this year? Would suck to loose a great riding area because someone kited where they shouldnt have because they didnt know or had old information.

We have kited sandy pond when frozen out of the Irish Wigwam that i guess is now the Sandy Pond Steak House. Use to have to pay to park and dont know if thats changed. When kiting there always be mindful of ice fisherman and give them plenty of room as their nice enough to share with us.

Lake Oneida is also a good spot but im not as much in the know of launches there. Hopefully someone will chime in on that.

The snow is here, be mindful, be safe, and have fun!!!

If anyone is in the pa, de, md, nj area and we get some more snow i have a few fields i have permission to kite in the se pa area and your welcome to join. Just drop me a line.

On Oneida there are misc. parks and fishing access all around the lake. The usual spots are Big Bay (park at a marina) on the west end , Boreos restaraunt on the south shore west end of the lake, and the best allaround spot is Sylvan Beach at the east end (park at the ammusment park or any of the little end streets by the beach).
