I just purchased an HQ Beamer V 4 and picked it up at the ridiculous price of only $188(red tagged). I asked the employees there why it was marked
down so much but no one had any details... Come to find out after getting it home and unwrapped i find that the line is missing..
My question is, can i effectively use this with my Slingshot Control bar which i am currently using for my Waroo best 9m
The are not compatible with each other. Bar you are using is strictly for depowers. Your best bet is to buy some lines and handles for it. You could
always use a FB 4line control bar as well.

Damn, that's unfortunate for me. Looks like i'll be spending a little more money to get some lines and perhaps a new bar.
IMO...get some handles not a bar if you have to get something.. cost less and better controll... You can get the bar later if your not liking the
handles....or not.

I was thinking the same, however my intent for this kite was to be used as a trainer for kite surfing, however at this point I am highly considering
using this for landboarding / buggying.
I anticipate some flameage for this question but what difficulties will i be faced with if i try using my current bar setup with this kite? I am
asking you guys before i even attempt this.
With no front line input, the kite will tend to stall and spin on turns and be a royal pain in the rear.
You could try reversing what I've done and put the front lines to the bar ends and the brake lines to the center...but then you'll only have front
line steering which will probably make for a sluggish kite. (and all the force on the bar ends). You may have to play around with line lengths/trim
strap length to get things working. It'll work either way....just not very well.
i would say and i may be wrong..you don’t want to screw up a good set up on the warhoo to start chasing a compromised set up for the beamer...find any
old 20$/free bar to mess around w/ and come up w/ a permanent set up for the beamer or go to a new or used proper bar...of course this is after you
know it from some time on the handles..i figure it's for others you want it as a trainer on the bar
