Thanks,
I appreciate the good comments.
The snowskate is surprisingly easy to ride. It is an amazing feeling, almost as good as strapless on the water. The small deck makes it tricky to swap
your feet for a gybe but with practice i'm sure it can be done.
The conditions on the lakes around Calgary have been great this season.
mad props to you for doing that. Our local shop had one of those lib tech snowskates on discount last spring. I almost bought it, thinking to put ATB
bindings on it, never considered it would work strapless. Would be great fun with skateboard skills, which I absolutely don't have.
what I fly/ride:

very cool , i always wondered why can you snowboard strapless!! love it. i would NEVER go back to strapped in like current stuff , maybe step in
like landboard bindings to make airs easy. but damn all those clips and #@%$#!zz. very cool man
Had some time on a strapless setup last year at dillon kite series, plenty fun, but decided to go back to bindings to get back to airs! I would
recommend anyone giving them a go, loads of fun! No speed limit, either. I was rockin' along about 15-20mph on my board with bindings and was passed
by Sproul on a strapless!
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.
