U need to install camera on bridle part that is fully tensioned when kite is in air .... or try install X on front lines with camera on center ..... keep X in place by making knots above and below or use "stoppers" .... and make sure X keeps tension between front lines to keep camera stable

I mounted to the bridle attachments. Are you saying to tie it to the front of the bridle on the power lines?

Lines u install to hold camera are loose .... when hanging below kite will swing all the time .... If u want to try again what u started u can move tail attachments to the second bridle row attachments .... then make mounting lines shorter then space between those attachment on u kite , so when kite powers up it will crate tension on you mounting lines .... that could help to stable camera

Got it. Thanks. I thought about that after watching the video and where I had attached it. I don't know why I skipped the second row the first time around. I'll give that a try.

I tried doing this once for my Octane using a cardboard frame cut to resemble an "X" and Gorilla-Taped to the bridles. During all flight tests, the frame kept on slipping down the bridle lines due to gravity, causing the camera to face backwards and upside down while 80 feet in the air. At least I got some decent aerial shots of my local park. :) I may post one later.

I just tied the strings through the bridle loops on the kite, I will attach it differently next time to try and minimize the shaking. I've got big plans for the snapshot with extra long lines and the camera attached to it so I can get some better arial views. Also, using a standard camera bag with a hole cut in it for a lense allows you to use any camera. I was flying it hard in high wind so there isn't any danger of it falling off with this method.
