hey I think I recognize that sled - was it the prototype we were testing in ontario back in 2006? If this is it, did you leave the metal edge solid the length or end up cutting out some sections to give it some release?
The sled worked great except we had a lot more ice patches when testing it out but if the back end would wash out from power it would loose all steering control until you slowed down enough to snap it back in line. it was because the metal runner was continuous and if it broke out of track it had no chance to re-align if the ski was twisted so PL was going to create some breaks in that edge for the next buggy.
Nice to see it running - here are a couple of shots from 2006 on lake Simcoe, probably a year before you came up Patrick

Hi Markite.............Sled is....was the latest incarnation. There is a break in the middle of the runner but can still get washout on hard glare ice, damright scary actually. Works best on spring contions ice or a hardpack snow. I don't use it on glare ice anymore. I have lots of raw video and to do some editing and posting soon..........mike
