Not that I have heard of. But I haven't called any to inquire. I would be very surprised if any would allow it. It challenging enough just to find any
that will permit R/C aircraft to fly over them as you may already know.
I would be surprised if there were more than a half-dozen or so folks from the metro area that regularly follow this site. You would be much more
likely to get a useful response to a question about local conditions/locations on a local forum like LAKAWA. I'm not trying to steer you away from
PKF, but your chances of finding anyone here who could answer that question would be pretty slim I think.
Did you get your broken bar and lines replaced or repaired? Are you ready to ride again?

yes I got the kite fixed, I have yet to fly it, may go to Sturgen Lake on saturday 4/19 or Good Friday if the wind picks up
