man-oh-man.... you sure are "opening up a can of worms" with the Light Wind kiteboard question
that's like a holy grail of my kiting....
i'm 180-190 lbs... &
when i got started 4 yrs ago.. light wind kiting wasn't popular...
now there are dedicated 17m, 18m kites & excellent boards specific for light conditions
i started off with a 185 litewave freeride
then tried litewave wing, alaia, reform, twin skim,
now have a liquid force overdrive
check out you tube... you'll get great ideas
