I just saw a show on that 1st " electric jet engine " thing.
The guy designed it originally as a paraglider engine. It is kind of cool in that it has so many other applications.
I think I will wait until battery life goes up and cost goes down.

i actually watched the kids vid on the snowboard. seemed inflexible, not very agile , once the static friction is exceeded it goes well but missing
considerable torque for sure... the lipos might last 15 -20min at best. extremely specific. ...if the dude has a snowmobile I could hook that cat
up ! to beyond his dreams into real fun and power!
