2004 Cabrina Access


Any one know anything about this kite? I want to get into kiting surfing and a coworker offered this one up for sale, he doesn't know anything about the kite either it was given to him by the previous owner of his home.


I have only snow kited so far and dont know what to look for, I think it is a 12m kite.

Till others with specific knowledge come along, historically any kite 2005 and earlier tended to not have any safety whatsoever and also very little depower. I would imagine this Cabrina wouldn't be any different.

Sounds like it was a beginner kite from just before Cab' brought out the Bow kite.
It has the " Recon " safety system . No personal experience with that.

I think if you get it for what your buddy paid for it . Free. It will fly and doesn't sound so aggressive that it will kill you ? Better than it sitting in the basement but ???

If it was a year newer and a Crossbow it might be more interesting.
