So did I hear that right the engineer miscalculated the pilots weights and G-forces as the reason for the failure?

I thought he was saying he way-overcalcated and yet they still broke, so he'd have to do it again. Shock loading or whatever it's called is the
problem...? The lines might be rated for 6 tons static load but that looping... hey Zeus!

Either paragliding accidents happen a lot more frequently than I thought or 2003-2005 were REALLY bad years for that group of fliers. :o
