WOW!
SO I'm the new guy around here, I flew my first 2 line stunt kite about 1980. I lost it in a move about 10 yrs ago. anyway I was over on the Oregon
coast visiting the folks, and I bought a new delta stunt and a 2m sky dog foil. I was hooked again!
I tend to go all in these days, I stared looking at biger kites, and I found you folks, and I need to say thanks!
I came in here thinking I wanted a BIG kite, looked at a few of them in the for sale area. well I read a lot of the posts, I lisned to the guys that
have been doing this for awhile and bought a 3m ozone octane.
Well It came today, Right after work I had to head to the park, 25mph wind,,,no problem... set up the kite...launched....HOLY****!. Now I am not a
small guy, this thing was dragging me around like I was a little girl. I loved it by the way!! played with it a bit, got drug around on my butt, in a
moment of complacence a gust took me about a foot of the ground as I was walking backwards.
this thing is sick!
I am glad I listened to the wisdom, thanks guys.
The best part is I will have a buggy Wednesday!
I know I need to get control of the kite better before I start to ride. new helmet is on the way too!

Caleb is great to do business with too. I picked up my 5m Ozone Flow from him last year.

Welcome to the stoke! Be careful and wise. Glad to have another convert with us.
Wait till you get in the buggy and go, you will forget you even own stunt kites, well at least I did.

Great story and welcome. Very similar to my first experience with real power from a kite. I've been hooked ever since.
