Sorry man, but thats the hard truth... I have a 12m LEI from 2008 that I won't even bother to try and sell because its worth $150.00 max.
For that price I will keep it, maybe one day I will cut it up and make some single line kites.

I am thinking about turning all my old LEI's into a canopy for a dome....that's about all I think they're gonna be good for.

Lol... That would be a cool looking done for sure ... Maybe a gazebo for the wife lol.. But IMO I think they are good cheap fun in the right winds
(under powered ) I have a old sling shot that's a blast to fly

You can fly it static, but it's not what it's meant for. It's a depower kite so it requires a harness which is not part of the sale.
If you are starting out, this is not a good choice regardless of the price and you easily end up hurting you.
