xxxBUGGYPILOTXXX * The saga continuse :( Yep bad news!

Bad news folks. Back at hospital today for oncology results(Bone scan). Yep sadly I got a:puzzled: blip on the radar with the bone scan. :o Yep, holy soiled shorts batman! I thought i was good to go and cancer free :) apparently I may not be:o

So what I'm hoping for when next bone scan is done is that this is possible bruising from surgery or some old injury I've forgotten about(perhaps an old o.o.b.e I forgot about)years ago. Worst case---- well bone cancer would mean radical chemotherapy and a good bit of luck to survive.

Oh and wait for it wait for it--- it gets worse. The company that I was anxiously waiting to hire me once I got cleared medically now no longer has any open positions:mad:
Not a really great day overall however I'm still walking, talking and breathing for now:D
& no! I'm not selling off any gear just yet!!!

I still <3 to kite but I'm Broke$ as :( !

I heard a story a while ago about a boy who had cancer. His favourite film was Star Wars. This kid had it pretty bad but defied all the odds to survive. Apparently throughout his illness he pretended that the cancer inside him was the imperial army and that his blood cells were the attacking rebel alliance. In his head he played out this battle willing the rebel forces to win the war.

I won't pretend I know what you're going through but I always thought to myself that if I were to ever get ill then in my head at least and using the power of creative thought, I'd go to war on it.

May the force be with you.

Just included you in my Prayer for Jon . Too many of our kite family have been having to fight this fight.

Here I am hoping I can avoid having to take on a 14 / 7 gig up north simply because it means stopping smoking the fun stuff. Really puts life in perspective.
Shame on me for feeling sorry for myself.
