I guess the bar and the leaders, all I have now is the paddles/sticks. upload a pic of what you have and I'll let you know if that's what I need, I'm
kinda new to kiting.

Are you wanting it for your beamer? You cannot use a depower bar with a fixed bridle kite.

If you already have the kite with handles I suggest you stick with them.
Flying on a bar you lose all the independent brake control that handles offers. I spent too much time and a bit of money trying to convince myself
that flying FB on a bar was the way to go at 1st. In the end all it did was slow my progress.

Hi
If your still looking for a crossover control bar I have one I'll sell complete with lines for 60.00. I'll have to go find it to let you know the make
but it is a store bought cross over bar. I only used it around 20 times on snow.
Let me know if your still interested and I'll let you know the make and maybe send you some pictures.

You can use a Ozone Turbo bar which is about as close as you can get to making the Fixed Bridle into acting like a DePower....sort of.

I kinda confused myself with the depower lingo lol. I'm not getting into depower right now, I just want to start learning with the bar for when I'm
ready for depower if that makes sense.

It will not teach you anything about depower. The only similarity is the BAR . Stick with handles and learn to use your brakes.

If preparing to go depower is your goal your money is far better spent on a harness.
Put a strop on your handles and start flying hooked in. Hold the handles horizontal like a bar and do brake turns + add brake tension on both lines
to slow the kite. Flying the kite on the front lines through your core and controlling it with the brakes. That is sort of how a depower bar goes
about turning the kite. While adding brake to both sides doesn't depower the kite slowing it reduces the power produced. [ EDIT: adding brake also
increases lift so be careful with the kite overhead ] Speed equals power.
Doing this will teach you a whole lot more about how depower works. Perfecting it will make you a much better pilot. Flying on a bar will only hold
you back from learning fine control.

Hey
Sorry I took so long to respond. Went to camp for the night.
If your still interested in the crossover bar the one I have is a Radsail Crossover control bar. Like this one http://www.amazon.co.uk/Radsail-Crossover-Control-Bar-Safety... I hope that link works.
Like Bladerunner said a harness will definitely help this bar also has a loop to hook into a harness and rest your arms.
U2U me with your E-mail address and I'll send you some pictures of the actual bar. I won't be able to send them until tomorrow night though
