In a few weeks I'll be in Missoula until next summer.
Hoping to do some snow kiteboarding. I'll need to find a good spot. If you're in the area give me a shout out! Like to find some folks to fly with. Will be flying the kite up there soon.

Check Montanakitesports online for locals and info on the Mantana snowkite rodeo. I think it is still happening.

Here in Missoula now. Can't seem to post at Montana kite sports...
Thought I had it bad at home. Really looks to be hard to find a spot here.

Winter Kiting

Just noticed your post. Consider Georgetown Lake. It's on Rte 1 off I90 EAST of Missoula. There is a big rally there some time in the winter. I would suspect there are people there most of the winter once the ice is safe. Yes, I'm from NY but I know the area. ... and I'm jealous.
