Although our hearts were into this, it is going to take a lot more involvement from our group if we want to make a good go at a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society......This is something that has touched almost everyone around us. We have club members, family, friends and love ones who have been affected by this....
With that said, there is limited time (less than 30) days to see if we can still raise a bit of money for them. I would like to see if everyone can donate items for the "PRIZE TABLE" this year.
We talked about changing the format a bit from getting one ticket and picking a prize. (not set in stone or finalized yet).
We were thinking of selling dollar raffle tickets that you would put in a bucket towards the item you want. The more you want a certain item the more tickets you put in that bucket. Then we could use all the money as our donation...Even if this just raises 500.00 to a 1000.00 that is money going towards a cure and helping others in need. I know it isn't a lot of time, but we can do this......

I like this idea for sure. I have a set of pro link handles that are used, but still in great shape that I can throw in. I will dig in the trailer and see what else I can find.

I just received an anonymous phone call with some great news. Once our raffle fundraiser reaches $500 in raffle sales this caller will match with a $500 donation. What a great motivation for our group to buy some raffle tickets for a great cause.
