First Snow Day of The Season

Note to self:
Don't use GoPro Software to remove fisheye AND use YouTube to remove Shakiness. Sorry for the mind-bending visual artifacts and inadvertent special effects. That being said, we stole one yesterday and it was a killer season opener.

Video turned out well Dave! So much better then what I filmed. We did totally swipe one - an awesome first early season venture for sure.

I see how y'all are, sneaking out without calling. Of course, it's the one day I would have actually been unable to join ya!

Looks like great times for early season, but stuff often looks deep until Anton gets out there on the sled and packs it down, here is to hoping we keep getting snow, I'd love to make some serious turns before turkeytime.

Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

Guess that was in the grass over on the south end of Dillon? I was actually going to go out when we had like 2" of snow last weekend, wreck an old pair of skis and brag to Jeff about beating Colorado to the snow kiting season. Guess that's totally pointless and I might as well wait another couple months and do it properly.

It was indeed the south end field (Farmers' corner/Sanitarium). Very nice to get out - the snow was a bit slow for my "new" POS rock skis!! Could have totally gotten away with using my new fatties - plenty of coverage...and more snow coming. I'm optimistic that Rabbit Ears might have enough base for my taste soon too for a larger option.

Better luck next year Brad:D
