Looking at the tide tables, April 15 - 19 looks like the best option for mid-day hardback.
(The other good timing would be April 1 - 5, b but that is also IBX.)

Go ahead... tell me to "go fly a kite!" Please!

Week of April 4-8th ends with Easter on Sunday as well as runs into IBX dates, not that I know of anyone in our group going to IBX, but to schedule two events in the same week would not be proper. Not sure if we would be able to get the Hotel on that weekend anyhow, If we go to the end of April in to the first of May, it will be pretty crowded on the beach. I am taking everything into account and still waiting on confirmation from the hotel. They were away in California and just returned Thursday night. She was hoping to make it to the office on Friday so we could look into the calendar, but something must have come up. I will call her again Monday and see what it available. I don't mind doing it the First week of April, but like I said, not sure if they would open for us due to the Holiday.
