SUBJECT: Wind Powered Vehicles on Ocean Beaches– State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)

The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission issued a SEPA “Determination of Non-Significance” (DNS) for the proposed WAC changes for Wind Powered Vehicles in the Seashore Conservation Area on February 26, 2015. This decision was made after review of information on file with State Parks.
This DNS is available at
http://www.parks.wa.gov/plans/separeviews/

This DNS is issued under 197-11-340(2) and State Parks will not act on this proposal until the comment period has ended. Comments must be submitted by March 12, 2015, or they may not be considered. Any person wishing to comment on the DNS should submit written comments to:
