This is one of the most obvious phishing scams I have seen, besides not really having any spelling or grammar mistakes. First, he claims to be from the Honolulu airport, yet his email address is in Russia. Second, the domain is all wrong. Kompromiss means compromise in German. There is no non-inspection charge. That would be known as a bribe to an airport inspector.

The "private email" that he gives, looks like a screen name created by a 12 year old on AOL. Also, if he was emailing from his work account, he would be on record discussing illicit activity such as stealing money from the airport.
