I went last Sommer from June till November to Sumatra in Indonesien. Lhogkna near banda Aceh is not really famos for kiting so far but it is a famous Wavesurfingspot. I really enjoyed my time there. Its good Wind for 7 and 9m Kites (I am 50 kg), nice Kitespot in a Bay and the best thing it is not bussy at all. The natur in Sumtra is great and I was searching not a Partyplace and that is what it is. Just a small town, peacefull with enough wind to enjoy kiting and the silence.
