The 2.5 and 4 meter absolutely rock as a longboard or skating engine on asphalt.

Bladerunner - I have no desire to boost on land. I grabbed it for more oomph than what my 3m gives me (and the price). Basically decent price on a
kite I already know.
I'm not in any hurry right now, so I'll keep my eyes open for a peak. The NASA Stars sound promising since I only want grunt on land. I should
clarify that the range is more 10-20 mph, so a more realistic range to consider would be 10-15 knots.

When i was living inland i used to bring at least 2 kites.
One for the expectations we windfinder gives and one for the gusts. At the spot self i decided what to fly.
Life is like a coconut under the tree. Even the coconut has to chill out every once in a while.

Hello,
I have been using my NPW 5 meter for a bit over a year now in west Texas. I've used it on everything from grass to gravel to paved parking lots and
small paved roads. The parking lot I frequent is probably not much over 125 yards so I end up doing a lot of tacking back and forth. I've been using
5 meter lines and I lift it into a stall or swing it back the other way when I need to stop quickly.
I can't say enough good things about the NPWs. Our wind can gust from 15mph to over 20 in a blink. As my skill level, I don't take my NPW our if
the wind is approaching 25 mph. I did this once or twice and it was all I could do just to get it rolled up and back in my daypack.
Happy Kiting,

I'm happy to see you are using and liking the NPW. I have found a small amount of sellers regret but am thrilled to think it's actually getting to see
some wind.

Bladerunner,
I love it. I'm thinking about getting a smaller one as well.
