SpeedBuggy!

Hi all, I have sucessfully attached a paramotor to the Flexifoil KiteBuggy, and am flying my paraglider with it. It is very solid and stable, built much better than other trikes used for flying. This buggy now has two uses!

Usually, I use a 22 meter wing to fly on, but the other day, I flew a very small 16 meter wing, and it was FAST!!! See it here:

http://www.americanparagliding.com/video/bugswoop.htm

Anyone wanting to 'Cross Over' to this can contact me anytime. Flying is best when the wind isn't blowing, so these two sprote compliment each other perfectly!

nuckin futz!! That was FAST!! I have seen PPGs in person a few times and I have never seen one that fast... Good skill to land on such a small beach too.... You gonna be at NABX07? I may have to pick your brain a bit....

Any close-ups of the motor mounted to the buggy frame? And what kind of wing?

I must note that motorized vehicles are not allowed on Ivanpah as it is a restricted habitat. You are welcome to join in on the kiting festivities but your powered glider would probably not be allowed.

You could bring it to show off how you did it, but not fly it.

If you've never buggied on a dry lake, it's nothing else, so much room to play!

And if you really have to fly a bit, you could always set a sail on the lake just north of Ivanpah called Roach. I don't believe they have any restrictions, it's in Nevada.

Roach or Jean would be a great place to launch & fly your rig. Showing it off at NABX would always be welcome.
