I am in the collector/user category in several arenas besides kites. I have stopped logging kites into a spreadsheet or continuing to even count them. I have kept all of them that have come my way although I did actually give one to someone as a gift. I admit it has gotten a bit out of hand. A few years ago I was ghosting a kite forum & noticed a couple saying they had forty-five kites. I thought, wow! that's a bunch. Passed that number some time ago. I do try to fly each one from time to time. On one trip to the beach I flew thirty different kites over a period of nine days. But some of those were stacks. While I am not an expert in any category I am slowly approaching my goal of being able to fly most kites. My wife actually buys kites for me as gifts as she knows it makes me happy. What a lady. My name is Ralph & I love my kites. SHBKF

Don't let me fool you, I would be a collector as well if I could afford it. :)

Ditto kiddo!... 6 seems to be all I can keep at a time... I don't see the 2 foils I have left ever leaving me.

Kite received this afternoon in superb condition. It's like Spencer just handed it to me. Thank you Mr. Oliver. Has to be most perfectly packed foil I have received. Also very nice to receive a kite truly ready to fly. It is set up with handles exactly the way I would prefer to fly it. Will take it with me as I travel & see if I can find a spot with a breeze to become friends with this new one. I'll try to post my reaction to the Reactor II as I get some airtime. But remember, I'm just a solo hill billie kite flailer.....SHBKF
