Dude, the rupture potential alone will keep me from this fad. Doh!

In the same way as you can fill your mind with dread closer to our home by hanging out on YouTube watching Kitemares, if this adult version of the Pogo Stick were ever to catch on (something I doubt) then the possibilities for video-captured severe orthopedic trauma (and soft tissue destruction as mentioned in my opening statement) are nearly endless.

Thanks.... but I'll pass. :karate:

Alternatively.....

2 words.... Trampoline Park.

Bonus points if you can find a trampoline park that will let you use a BounceBoard.

I see these and raise you jumping stilts.

More height, more speed, more possible serious injury... So of course I'm dieing to get a pair, or is it dieing when I get a pair?

Interesting that they use the word "Heaven" in their name. Do you get to go there if this is how you check out? :duh:

I've looked at high-tech pogo sticks and jumping stilts and always come away with the impression that either would likely be my last purchase.

It sure does like nice not having to obsess over the wind forecast though.

XULs? You definitely have my interest. I probably don't need a new thing to buy though.

I know... Luckily I started unicycling and have my triathlon habit to hold me over in the summer.... But I'm always just about to think about buying jumping stilts then going, but that's a good amount out of the kite fund, better not... Also the wife might kill me if I did, which I keep telling her is redundant.

I had the stilts. Steep learning curve but man are they fun. Running in them was amazing, fast and ugly when you tripped. Sold them and bought an '06 Frenzy.

Sometimes I wish I had them still.:(

Mountain unicycling has been my go-to thing when there isn't wind, but I'm constantly looking for new stuff since nothing I've found has been as good as kiting.

That = Truth rofer. Nothing is close to kiting in scratching that itch/head clearing/fun. Then again you're probably enough better on your unicycle, that you might be able to handle the fun that's been my attempting BC Wheel + kite!

Which ones did you have? I'm curious, as my mind keeps bringing me back to, well you learned to juggle, and to unicycle, how hard can this be? And they look way too fun.

Sam, I thought I recognized the building in the last video. It's the air force museum in Dayton, OH. I've been there before. It's an incredible museum.
