I've debated trying on a bike, and plenty of dirt roads in New Mexico.. I always worry what I'd do if a car came for riding the dirt/gravel highways
around here... Otherwise there'd be lots of spots to go

I wouldn't attempt a normal bike. I only see pain with that. I would try a kite buggy bike though.

This and similar sorts of scenes were pretty much what I had seen in my mind's eye when thinking about this topic. The highly edited videos we all
watch (and, yes, produce) never seem to include the wipe outs into rocks, thorns, etc. that leave such lasting impressions on use hapless kiters. I
for one will be staying away from kite-assisted bike riding! :o
