Tug Hill

Us east coasters are getting our money's worth out of our drysuits this year. The local forecast has FINALLY called for up to 2' of lake effect snow at Tug Hill tonight into Sunday morning. Our prayers have been heard. White stuff!
What is "approved" land for snow kiters? Want to make sure that a 5 hour drive doesn't result in a skunking as no one has allowed access to their land.
