4m Peter Lynn Core *SOLD

While it grieves me to do so, I am selling my 4m PL Core... Didn't think I ever would, but since I got my 4m NS3, I just don't use the Core... not to mention I really want to buy a new Mandolin.

It comes complete with handles, lines and Backpack. The kite is still very crispy and in awesome condition. I believe it was a 2012 or 2013 model and was one of the last few still available before they discontinued the line to make room for others in the new line-up. It is an awesome beginner/intermediate level flyer with amazing speed, super stability (esp in these crappy Atlanta winds), and stellar upwind ability.

The kite does have some professional repairs done to it. I blew out some of the cells at JIBE 2013 and Mark (markite) took it home and did a stellar job of repairing it. Nylon sail tape is on each side of each repaired rib and it was stitched it (see the pics below). I only counted 3 repairs but I have a memory of there being 4. In spite of all this, it flies like it was brand new and won me my PB top speed on Jekyll Island in 2014.

So...
Kite (Neon green, green, white and dark grey)
Lines and handles
Bag
(I will include a PL stake too)
and probably some Jekyll Island sand to boot!
Will cover half the shipping. (usually a total of $20 to $30)

All for $225.
3/14: price drop NOW $200

here are the pics:

Here are pics of the repairs:

and here it is in action at JIBE 2014: https://vimeo.com/96278275

I love this kite guys... it is really a great one and well worth the addition to your quiver.

send me a U2U or email me at soliver at northmetro dot org

IFK, you're looking for another kite:

I fly mine static and love it. Yes, it's big, but it handles like a 3m and is into the air in slight breezes. You'll quickly forget about the Hornets :-)

Go ahead... tell me to "go fly a kite!" Please!

Howard - used to be KC67
Fly: A quiver of Lynx' and Cores (did someone say "Pansh"?), a couple o' Arcs, and a Rev to remind me about control
Ride: PL XR+
Where: 43.857899, -78.941661 and 38.970951, -74.828922

IFK, I have flown a Hornet and liked the Core way better... If you are into buggying it is a better faster engine with excellent upwind. It was a member of the PL Pro line.
