The Washington State International Kite Festival will be held on August 15-21, 2016. Buggies, landboards, skates and Blokarts are once again invited to the event. Buggiers, landboarders, skaters must be current members of NAPKA. We will be on the ocean side of field B in the main festival area. Parking will be in the main parking lot or at the Sid Snider approach.
