I was looking on Craigslist and found this HQ Rush 250, however I feel like the owner is asking to much because from my research the bag in the picture does not match the bag used with the 4 or 5. It most resembles the 3, however on the bag pictured "PRO" is not printed. So we're there Rush models before the 3, 4, and 5. And if so is this one of them. Also what would be a fair asking price for this kite, because I feel like it is marketed for more than it is worth.

This bag looks like my Rush Pro III bag - without the "Pro". The Pro models have a third line that runs through the centre of the bar to a wrist leash (a.k.a. kite killer).
As I recall, in 2009 I paid about $275 new.
Used, this old, not "pro", I'd offer about $50 (and perhaps settle at $70) as long as the cells are all intact and there's still life left in the lines.
