Wildwood Buggy Bash Reminder!
Well the time is winding down till the next WBB event!
Just wanted to refresh everyone with dates.
April 24th through April 30th we will again "take over" the great beaches of Wildwood NJ! 6 miles of fast sand if you can play the wind correctly, if
the wind doesn't cooperate, the beach is very deep and there is plenty of room to ride from the water line up to the dunes! Pretty much rideable from
any direction as long as there's enough wind to get the kites up! We stay at the Shalimar Resorts, great place to wind down after a good day on the
beach.
This is a NAPKA sanctioned event so you need to be a member to buggy or board, for insurance purposes. We generally get between 40-60 members show
up at this event and the fun is non stop!
If you were on the fence, watch some WBB videos as they are all over Vimeo and YouTube. Not convinced yet, talk to some of the people that attend
regularly, they will agree that no matter what, you will not be disappointed! Such a great group, with tons of experience and the range goes from
newbs all the way to, well I would consider expert!
Come on over to the event, I promise, if you come, it won't be your last time!
Need info, leave a post, I will get back to you ASAP, or my number is in the signature, give me a call! Till then folks, plenty of wind wishes your
way!

Rich,
Do you have a big BBQ like in the fall?
What kind of tides will be there this time?
And is the wind better in the spring?

Low tide is around 1pm on Monday and then Going an hour later each day. Was the best setup we could agree on as well as getting around Easter break.
Going to be full days on the beach. :D
Trends usually give us an onshore wind more likely in the spring. We've had some really really great days in the spring. With the low tide being later
in the day, better chance for the temps to shift the winds in our favor.
Yes there will again be a BBQ. Haven't missed one in years, although we did try a couple pizza and sub nights, they worked, but just not the same so
weather permitting, the BBQ will again be on, and we have never let a little rain slow down the BBQ.

Is anyone interested in sharing a room? It's seems kinda silly for me to have a room all to myself when I'll be spending as much time as possible in
the buggy. I'm coming Friday, Saturday, and Sunday regardless but would love to split the cost of a room with someone. Fall16 I shared a room with
Brian(Shortlineflyer) and it all worked out. Anyone have a open bed?
