Bego 600 SwEET.

A few shots of my Mac Para Bego 600 that just arrived. I'm tired of hearing the rest of you applaud your new kite purchases.

Bump to tridude, thanks for a great kite!

These were taken this afternoon while the sun was going down. What a beautiful seen. And the Bego is a monster.

Was very pleasant to be out of the office a little earlier then usual and flying this beauty.

Yeah, it may look like a good buggy spot, but this is a pretty sensitive place to even be out standing. But winter is kind of a dead period. Year round it is filled with pot holes and deep grass (dead in this shot), but in the summer it turns into a bird haven and I will have to find another spot to fly.

glad ya'll like the photos. I'm still searching for suitable places to fly. If anyone is ever in South Lake Tahoe, California. Look me up, or U2U me. I'd love to meet some other kiters.

What were the winds on your maiden flight? Enough for anti gravity?

despite the rumors that winds and weather don't cooperate when a new kite arrives, I had great conditions.

winds were probably 7-14mph. it was a great day to be drug around. still getting a hang of the timing when jumping, but each session is more and more successful. And the Bego gives such nice landings. The blade just lets me fall most of the time.
