Another Nahant Beach Buggy On-shore Park n' Ride

Very cool weather in 30's but sunny..... but when you have On-Shores .... you just gotta go.

I Rode Coyotes while Buggydanny rode his buggy for many miles of fast runs with wind in mid-teens.
Ohhhh the steady, Freddie get ready to rock steady of smooth on-shore winds!

I might be on a frozen local lake but strong winds over past week or two more has kept ice from forming:(

The beach is a nice consolation though.

The beach looks really clean and smooth. That's great. Is the main parking lot closed?

Little pebbly close to rotary end.

Lot is closed. I street kited the mile lot on regular rollerblades and short line NPW twice in last 10 days...both in high winds.

Yesterday was 2nd day in a row on the sand .

I rather be on ice or snow now..... but for an 8-10 minute round trip vs. 3-4 hour round trip ( and $25+ gas), to go up north...this is a nice consolation...especially conditions this good.

Thanks Bri. I guess I'm liking a cold beach less and less these days. In years past I only took December and January off but now its already mid March. I was hoping to do a lot of snow kiting this winter but alas... not one day out on the ice.

That is awesome.
I have a 3.5m coming from Jeff Bigkid when he gets better. First real kite and will definitely hit the beach when it shows up. Who knows maybe by this fall I might even fall and land in a buggy.
I would love to come by any time that you guys are out on the beach to check things out, I live right around the corner in Malden.

Welcome.

The Nahant crew will be glad to help you out.

BTW.... Always be cautious of the public and give them time to pass by while learning to fly....

Thank You

Will absolutely be careful around public specially because I still don't know what to expect with the kite. Biggest one flown yet has been a small two line stunt kite.
