Peter Lynn Buggy (orig) for sale

Hi everyone,
It is time to sell it. I've had it since the beginning ('89) and it has seen the Ventura coastline and El Mirage dry lake. I'm just not in a place to enjoy it and I need to allow someone else to log some fun miles on it. It's in pretty great condition. I have a bag of spare parts as well - actually it's almost a second buggy, minus the rear axle. Almost 2 buggies (the parts in the bag have never been used)

Looking for $1000 for all. I'm in SoCal.

OK so I found out that I'm asking too much.
Fair enough... I've been out of it for a while.
If anyone's interested in these, please let me know. In the meantime I'll clean them up a bit and see if there's any interest locally. Hopefully, because I imagine shipping these would be $$.

unless there is collectors value in the original pl buggy, I see $200 worth of stuff here. Not trying to berate your gear but just based on what I've seen. Good luck on the sale and hopefully someone local will pick it up. and I could very well be wrong. someone may be looking for an original specifically. The backrest is very cool.

Not too many of these left around in good+ condition. In my opinion, would be worth a decent price for nastalgic reasons.

It would be a great addition to my display at the world kite museum. Peter Lynn has his big wheeled fiberglass buggy in it with my Apexx, would be a good mid way buggy between the first and today's model.
Just saying...

A few years ago I acquired a couple old buggies. My thought was to ride them a bit but I also wanted to hold on to them for their historical value. Too many times significant items have simply been scrapped by uninterested parties. No criticism to them intended but those of us with nostalgic connections might want to invest in the past of our passions. I see value in preserving the early items so we can admire those who came before.. SHBKF
