Unfortunately not. I had to take time off to help my Mother getting home from hospital.
In honor of Ken (the one and true king of the playa on skates) I will be bringing my skate gear with me this year. Far from Ken's "balls like bull"
approach to skated powerkiting, I intend to putz around in gentlemanly (read geriatric) fashion donned head to toe with plastic courage and free
handing my StreetStar and NS3s. No hooking in for me on skates. After my freak gasoline fight accident a couple of years ago I swore to my wife that
I wouldn't skate or ski hooked in, reserving that only for my buggy equipped with Jeff's AQR.
Any other skaters coming to IBX next month???? I saw a few folks are coming with mountain boards which is awesome.

It would be fun to push you to a safe PB. You can always go faster when sharing the stoke. Be sure and take your GPS. It keeps you honest! The low
friction makes flying unhooked a lot easier. You can stay out for longer than you may expect.
BOB CHILDS will always be the King when it comes to blades on the Playa. He created wheels of doom and hit 50mph. On them + Gifted us with this
website!!!
