Dave, rating a kite takes a little more than a 8 out of 10. What are you using as a guide to rate this kite. What else have you flown or do you fly?
I have flown them and would give it a 4 out of 10. Cheap sail material, and a good starter kite but nothing to write home about. You say it has lots of power, in what winds?
I hope you get the idea, keep trying, you'll get better.
