Me and my 3 Boston buddies arrived Fri. night (late, around 2:00 AM), after a long day and flight. We were denied rooms, anywhere at the 3 Hotels, they said they were completely filled!!! We GUARANTEED our rooms with credit cards, used the group code, and called multiple times to inform them of our late arrival, including the same day!! And they confirmed every time. They did comp us in Jean, 12 miles away for 1 night, but didn't finally get to bed till 4:30 AM. We had all been up over 24 hours! This Primm Valley complex is so lame, I think in subsequent years I'll do things differently. But now I have to forget their bs and start enjoying the buggy!
